Delivery in Lithuania:
- Free collection of goods at our warehouse: Kalvarijų g. 206, Vilnius, 08314 Vilniaus m. sav. (weekdays 8:00–16:00, closed on Saturdays and Sundays)
- purchase to OMNIVA parcel machine (1–3 working days) – 3.00 EUR
- delivery via OMNIVA courier to the specified address (1–3 working days) – 5.50 EUR
- delivery via VENIPAK parcel machine (1–3 working days) – 4.00 EUR
- delivery via VENIPAK courier to the specified address (1–3 working days) – 6.00 EUR
- Delivery to a LP EXPRESS parcel machine (1–3 business days) – 3.00 EUR
- LP EXPRESSt courier to the specified address (1–3 business days) – 5.00 EUR
- For orders worth more than 60 EUR, delivery is free of charge.
Return and exchange of goods:

Goods are returned and exchanged in accordance with the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items approved by the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated 29 June 2001, and the Rules on the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services When Contracts Are Concluded Using Means of Communication approved by the Order No. 258 dated 17 August 2001.

If the Buyer wishes to return item(s) under the right of return and exchange, they may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery by notifying the Seller via email at info@korifejus.lt (a written request must be submitted stating the name of the returned item, order number, and reason for the return).
- If the purchased item is defective, it will be replaced with an identical, non-defective item upon notification to the Seller via email at info@korifejus.lt within 7 days of receiving the item. If the Seller does not have a suitable replacement item in stock, the Buyer will be refunded the amount paid, excluding delivery costs.
- Refunds for returned items are made only to the bank account of the original payer.
- When returning items, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:
• The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging;
• The item must not be used or damaged by the Buyer;
• The item must retain its commercial appearance (labels must be intact, protective films not removed, bags included, etc. (this condition does not apply to defective items));
• A proof of purchase must be provided when returning the item. - In the case of receiving an incorrect or defective item, the Seller undertakes to collect the item and replace it with a suitable equivalent.
- If a quality item is returned or if a paid but not yet shipped order is canceled, shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the Buyer provides an incorrect delivery address and the items are returned to the Seller, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Only the value of the returned items will be reimbursed.
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse the return if the Buyer does not comply with the return policy outlined in this section.
