These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and purchases made from it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Definitions

     - We/Us/Our: Korifėjus, UAB.

     - You/Customer: the natural person or legal entity purchasing from our store.

     - Goods/Products: items listed for sale in our online shop.

     - Business Day: Monday–Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays.

3) Scope & Eligibility

This store is intended for customers worldwide. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place orders.

4) Account, Guest Checkout & Accuracy

You may order as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring all information (billing, shipping, VAT details) is accurate and up to date.

5) Products, Availability & Images

We aim to display products and specifications accurately. Minor variations in color or packaging may occur. Availability and lead times are shown on the product page and may change without notice.

6) Prices, Taxes & Currency

All prices are shown excl. VAT and in euro unless stated otherwise. If you provide a valid EU VAT number (for B2B), reverse-charge rules may apply where eligible. Delivery charges and any additional fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

7) Ordering Process & Contract Formation

1. Add products to cart and proceed to checkout.

2. Select shipping and payment method, confirm details.

3. After you click “Place order”, you will receive an order confirmation email (acknowledgement).

4. The sales contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending a separate shipping/acceptance confirmation or by dispatching the goods.
   We may decline or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable stock); any payments received will be refunded.

8) Payment Methods

     - We accept PAYSERA payment.

9) Invoicing

An electronic invoice will be issued to the billing details provided. B2B customers must supply accurate legal name, address, and VAT (where applicable) before the invoice is issued.

10) Shipping, Delivery & Risk

     - Shipping options, prices, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

     - Delivery times are estimates; delays may arise due to carrier issues, customs, or force majeure.

     - Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and contact us promptly.

11) Tracking & Order Status (PrestaShop)

You can view order status in My Account → Order history or via Guest tracking using your order reference and email. Tracking links (where available) are provided when the order ships.

12) Pre-Orders, Backorders & Custom Items

If an item is marked pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch date appears on the product page/checkout. Custom or personalized items may require additional production time and are not eligible for the standard withdrawal right (see §13) unless defective.

13) Right of Withdrawal (Consumers – EU)

If you are an EU consumer, you have 14 days from the day after delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU; Lithuanian Civil Code).
To exercise this right, notify us via email at info@korifejus.lv with a clear statement. You may use the Model Withdrawal Form in §20.

Return conditions:

     - Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us.

     - You bear the direct cost of return shipping [unless we offer free returns].

     - You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

     - We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (if any), within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of return shipment, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Exclusions: No withdrawal for sealed items unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons; digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium after you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged loss of withdrawal right; custom or personalized goods; goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, etc., as permitted by law.

14) Non-Conformity, Warranty & Remedies

Products must conform to the contract. Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee (at least 2 years in the EU) for lack of conformity existing at delivery. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us; we will provide repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as required by applicable law. Commercial (manufacturer) warranties, if any, are in addition to your legal rights.

15) Returns Procedure (Practical Steps)

1. Email info@korifejus.lv with your order number and reason (withdrawal/defect).

2. We provide return instructions and, if applicable, an RMA.

3. Pack items securely; include accessories and original packaging where possible.

4. Ship to the return address above and keep the tracking receipt.

16) Digital Products (if applicable)

For downloadable/digital items, access is granted after payment. By requesting immediate access, you consent to delivery during the withdrawal period and acknowledge you may lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

17) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

Promotions are valid for the stated period and subject to stock. Coupons are single-use unless stated otherwise and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid until their stated expiry date and can be used for eligible products only.

18) Reviews & User-Generated Content

By posting reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for store operation and marketing. Content must be lawful, truthful, and not infringe third-party rights. We may moderate or remove content violating these rules.

19) Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g., death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses not reasonably foreseeable. For business customers, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

20) Model Withdrawal Form (EU)

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

21) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, carrier or logistics disruptions, utility failures, government actions).

22) Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to Korifėjus, UAB and protected by IP laws. You may not copy or use it without our prior written consent.

23) Privacy & Cookies

Your personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available on the website. Please review them to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

24) Governing Law, Disputes & ODR

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania (without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence within the EEA). Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Lithuania.
Consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

25) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that purchase. The latest version is always available on this page.
