Return and exchange of goods

Goods are returned and exchanged in accordance with the 2001 regulation of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania. June 29 by order no. 217 “Regarding approval of the rules for returning and exchanging items” approved by the rules for returning and exchanging items and the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania in 2001 August 17 by order no. 258 “On the approval of the rules for the sale of goods and the provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication” by the approved rules.

In order to return the product(s) under the right of return and exchange of goods, the Buyer can do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to him, informing the Seller about this by e-mail info@korifejus.lt (it is necessary to submit a request for the return of the goods in writing, indicating the name of the returned product, the order number and the reason for the return).

If the purchased product is of poor quality, it will be exchanged for a similar high-quality product after informing the Seller about this by e-mail. by email to info@korifejus.lt within 7 days of receiving the product. When the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the Buyer will be refunded the amount paid, excluding the cost of delivery.

in all cases, money for returned goods is transferred only to the payer’s bank account.

When returning goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;

the product must be unused and undamaged by the Buyer;

the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films, bags, etc. intact (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product));

when returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.

when returning the wrong product and/or low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar suitable products.

when returning a quality product or canceling an already paid and undelivered order, shipping costs are not refunded.

if the Buyer specifies the delivery address of the order incorrectly and the goods are returned to the Seller, the shipping costs are not refunded to the Buyer. Only the returned value of the goods is refunded.

The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods established in this article.
